Job description
- Determine the recruitment and hiring needs for IT personnel based on the actual needs of the Company or Client.
- Conduct recruitment communication through channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook,…
- Filter resumes and CVs according to the project’s criteria or the client’s requirements.
- Search for and contact vendors specializing in providing IT personnel to find the necessary candidates for the business (if needed).
- Carry out the steps to arrange interviews, schedule interviews, and support the Human Resources department and other departments during the interview process.
- Closely monitor work progress, timesheets, and issues arising in the project with clients, then propose corrective solutions to achieve recruitment goals.
- Other Dev recruitment tasks as required by the manager.
Job requirements
- Have experience in recruiting and searching for candidates in the field of Software Technology.
- Strong in building networks with candidates as well as clients in the IT industry.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate well with customers/candidates.
- Energetic, passionate, and ambitious in work.

Location and working hours
Work location: 21 Lê Trung Nghĩa, Ward 12, Tân Bình District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00)
